Will my Insurance Cover This?
We accept all forms of insurance but if you have any questions you are always welcome to call us, or contact your insurance directly.
Why do I have to wait so long for an appointment?

We work with a team of care providers that travel around to several communities in Northern Wisconsin. Due to patient demand and their travel schedule we do our best to provide appointment options for our patients while respecting the time and travel of our providers.

It really depends on what you need. We can help with just about anything related to the management of diabetes and are happy to speak with you more about your specific needs when you call to make your appointment.

What to Expect From Your Visit

Our trained team of professionals will work with you to understand your unique situation and what your needs are. As we navigate this process with you, our team will learn about what you are looking for and what type of training we can offer to help you get there.

A negative Covid-19 test is required before any patient will be allowed to enter the clinic for an appointment. We ask that all patients observe 6 ft. social distancing when they visit our clinic. Masks are required. If you have a pre-existing medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask please call us before you arrive so we can make arrangements for your appointment.
